Your inputs, including any audio recordings submitted for transcription, may be transmitted temporarily to these providers' servers for processing, which are primarily located in the United States.
We have signed a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with OpenAI and a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with AssemblyAI to ensure compliance with applicable privacy laws and secure handling of your data.
Regarding AssemblyAI, your audio recordings are deleted immediately after transcription, and any Protected Health Information (PHI) is removed from transcriptions to protect your privacy.
By using these services, you acknowledge and consent to the cross-border transfer and processing of your data under these safeguards.
We are committed to protecting your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of our data practices, including cross-border processing.
We comply with applicable data protection laws, including PIPEDA, GDPR, HIPAA (where applicable), and New Zealand's Privacy Act 2020.
You are responsible for obtaining all necessary consents from individuals whose voice or health information may be recorded, transcribed, or processed via our platform, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
You agree not to submit any recordings or content for transcription that violate privacy laws, infringe on third-party rights, or contain unlawful material.
All content and technology provided through our platform, including text, software, and branding, are the property of Aura Cure Platform Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without explicit written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or applicable law. You may also terminate your use at any time by ceasing access.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aura Cure Platform Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aura Cure Platform Inc. is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
